Lead delivery of complex, high-risk defense projects and portfolios, with accountability for schedule, budget, quality, safety, governance, and commercial performance. Direct project teams, senior project directors, suppliers, and consultants while managing resources, change, reporting, contracts, risks, and client relationships.
