Lead Arcadis Canada climate adaptation strategy and deliver complex climate risk and resilience projects. Provide technical leadership, business development, client engagement, multidisciplinary team oversight, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing to grow the climate adaptation portfolio and ensure technical excellence aligned with policy and regulatory drivers.

Lead and coordinate pursuit and proposal efforts from capture planning through proposal submission and interview preparation. Develop win strategies, write and edit proposal content, manage schedules and action items, conduct market research, maintain pipeline and resume data in Oracle Sales Cloud, and support marketing/branding and interview/debrief activities to increase win probability.

Lead development and execution of Arcadis Canadaclimate adaptation strategy, provide technical leadership on climate risk and resilience projects, guide multidisciplinary teams, drive business development and client relationships, mentor staff, and champion knowledge sharing and innovation in climate adaptation practice.

Coordinate engineering tasks for large-scale ports, marine, and transportation projects. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, scope, documentation, and communications. Liaise with consultants and contractors, maintain logs/registers, support document control, and prepare client and manager updates. Support proposal coordination and business development. Requires strong project management, communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project/document tools.

Lead pursuit and delivery of multi-year, high-profile multi-country mobility projects across Canada. Develop execution strategies, manage senior stakeholder relationships, ensure commercial viability, lead and develop senior specialist teams, negotiate major contracts, and drive cross-organizational efficiencies and performance improvements.

Lead delivery of rail and transit design projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, safe, and high-quality outcomes. Manage client relationships, project programs, finances, resources, suppliers and sub-consultants. Provide technical leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams, drive process improvements, and ensure contractual and commercial responsibilities are met.

Lead systems-integration strategy and delivery for transportation projects (airports, ports, rail). Oversee requirements, interface management, V&V, configuration, testing, commissioning and compliance to standards. Build and manage teams, coordinate vendors and procurement, advise clients, and support bids while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule outcomes across project lifecycle.

Provide technical leadership and quality governance for bridge and structural engineering on MTO transportation projects. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and geotechnical interfaces, ensure compliance with MTO standards, manage technical risk, constructability, and design reviews, mentor staff, and support business development and bidding for structures work.

Coordinate and manage pursuit activities across Market to Opportunity and Pursuit to Win phases. Create collaboration hubs, schedule meetings, capture actions, produce documents and presentations, maintain Oracle Sales Cloud records, monitor client portals, ensure compliance and consistency, support junior staff, and liaise with graphic and global teams to deliver high-quality bid submissions and client materials for pursuits up to $0.5M.

Assist senior engineers preparing preliminary and detailed civil design drawings, technical reports, and memos for roads, highways, grading, drainage, and site development. Ensure compliance with standards, coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, and develop designs using industry CAD tools while receiving mentorship and growing professionally.

Lead delivery of Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure project delivery to time and budget, mitigate technical and safety risks, support business development and client relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to practice growth and continuous improvement of delivery approaches and standards.
