The Workforce Planner manages talent supply and demand across design and engineering teams. Responsibilities include forecasting, workforce data accuracy, resource allocation, project mobilization, demand matching, utilization and billability improvement, recruitment recommendations, and identifying supply risks. The role partners with team managers, project and pursuit leaders, sector leaders, and talent acquisition to deploy suitable resources, support sales pursuits, improve planning processes, and maintain accurate workforce information.

Provide in-house legal counsel for major Canadian infrastructure projects, focusing on construction claims, contract disputes, insurance coverage, negotiation, and risk mitigation. Advise project and bid teams on alternative delivery models, public contracting, and contractual risks. Coordinate insurers, outside counsel, experts, joint venture partners, lenders, contractors, and public authorities while managing dispute strategies, legal budgets, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Lead client relationships and account growth for Software & Internet clients across the Americas. Oversee portfolio performance, forecasting, margin targets, pipeline hygiene, pursuit approvals, and master service agreements. Mentor account team, manage escalations, run client business reviews, and identify opportunities for new or expanded services to increase share of wallet.

Lead sector portfolio strategy and client engagement for Internet & Software clients across the Americas. Support Account and Client Portfolio Managers to grow revenue, improve margins, execute client business plans, mentor teams, pursue new commercial models, manage pipeline and ensure portfolio financial targets are met. Represent Arcadis at events and act as a market thought leader.

Lead the structures discipline for transportation projects, providing technical leadership on bridge design and rehabilitation, overseeing delivery, mentoring staff, supporting business development, coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces, and ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.

Lead track and railway infrastructure design for LRT, commuter and freight rail projects. Produce alignment plans, detailed drawings, and specifications; run feasibility analyses and simulations; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support constructability, regulatory approvals and provide technical construction support throughout delivery.

Manage claims and contractual matters on major infrastructure projects, including entitlement reviews, delay analysis, extensions of time, cost claims, notices, submissions, negotiations, and dispute resolution. Partner with project, commercial, planning, technical, and legal teams to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, quantify impacts, and improve contract-management practices. Provide expert guidance on CCDC, FIDIC, and other standard contract forms while preparing reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Leads complex, high-value pursuits across sectors, disciplines, and geographies from early opportunity shaping through bid handover. Develops win strategies, capture plans, value propositions, commercial positioning, and governance materials; mobilizes multidisciplinary teams and aligns client, technical, commercial, legal, finance, and risk stakeholders. Coaches pursuit professionals, improves regional processes, maintains pursuit records, and promotes best practices to increase win quality and cost efficiency.

Leads high-value, complex proposal pursuits for infrastructure and related opportunities from early planning through submission, interviews, and handover. Owns proposal strategy, planning, content, compliance, reviews, quality, and submission readiness while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, partners, and senior stakeholders. Facilitates interview preparation, supports pursuit governance, mentors proposal professionals, promotes best practices, and ensures successful transitions to delivery teams.

Lead delivery of complex highway and roadway design projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, QA/QC, client communication, and business development for municipal and provincial transportation clients.
