Lead Arcadis Canada climate adaptation strategy and deliver complex climate risk and resilience projects. Provide technical leadership, business development, client engagement, multidisciplinary team oversight, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing to grow the climate adaptation portfolio and ensure technical excellence aligned with policy and regulatory drivers.

Lead and coordinate pursuit and proposal efforts from capture planning through proposal submission and interview preparation. Develop win strategies, write and edit proposal content, manage schedules and action items, conduct market research, maintain pipeline and resume data in Oracle Sales Cloud, and support marketing/branding and interview/debrief activities to increase win probability.

Lead development and execution of Arcadis Canadaclimate adaptation strategy, provide technical leadership on climate risk and resilience projects, guide multidisciplinary teams, drive business development and client relationships, mentor staff, and champion knowledge sharing and innovation in climate adaptation practice.
