The role supports project setup, contract administration, month-end reporting, estimates, stakeholder decision-making, and mentoring cost controllers while ensuring compliance with project controls procedures and contracts.

Leads Arcadis’s Industrial Manufacturing and Technology digital and AI strategy, connecting emerging technologies to sector growth, client value, market differentiation, and revenue. The role develops digital propositions, prioritizes investments, builds business cases, oversees product portfolios, facilitates innovation governance, and partners with sector, account, and technical teams to bring scalable solutions to market. It also supports strategic partnerships, client pursuits, roadmaps, and executive stakeholder alignment.

Provide in-house legal counsel for major Canadian infrastructure projects, focusing on construction claims, contract disputes, insurance coverage, negotiation, and risk mitigation. Advise project and bid teams on alternative delivery models, public contracting, and contractual risks. Coordinate insurers, outside counsel, experts, joint venture partners, lenders, contractors, and public authorities while managing dispute strategies, legal budgets, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
