The Workforce Planner manages talent supply and demand across design and engineering teams. Responsibilities include forecasting, workforce data accuracy, resource allocation, project mobilization, demand matching, utilization and billability improvement, recruitment recommendations, and identifying supply risks. The role partners with team managers, project and pursuit leaders, sector leaders, and talent acquisition to deploy suitable resources, support sales pursuits, improve planning processes, and maintain accurate workforce information.

Provide in-house legal counsel for major Canadian infrastructure projects, focusing on construction claims, contract disputes, insurance coverage, negotiation, and risk mitigation. Advise project and bid teams on alternative delivery models, public contracting, and contractual risks. Coordinate insurers, outside counsel, experts, joint venture partners, lenders, contractors, and public authorities while managing dispute strategies, legal budgets, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Lead client relationships and account growth for Software & Internet clients across the Americas. Oversee portfolio performance, forecasting, margin targets, pipeline hygiene, pursuit approvals, and master service agreements. Mentor account team, manage escalations, run client business reviews, and identify opportunities for new or expanded services to increase share of wallet.
