Lead Arena's email and lifecycle strategy to drive onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement. Design multi-channel lifecycle programs, build segmentation and automation infrastructure with Product and Engineering, run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze performance, and write compelling lifecycle copy for technical audiences.

The Analytics Engineer will design data models, build pipelines, and ensure data quality to support AI evaluation and insights.

Responsible for designing experiments to evaluate AI models, developing evaluation methodologies, analyzing performance data, and collaborating on production insights.
