Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 Account Executives to exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include refining sales strategies and processes, forecasting, performance analysis, hiring, talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and using AI tools to improve execution and efficiency.

Own the architecture, roadmap, optimization, and automation of the full revenue technology ecosystem. Lead Salesforce and related GTM systems, implement AI-enabled workflows, improve data quality and lifecycle reporting, manage a technical systems resource, and drive cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery. Partner across Marketing, Finance, Client Success, Sales, and Operations to scale revenue processes and maintain an impact-driven systems backlog.

Own vertical marketing strategy, positioning, account-level messaging, ABM campaigns, sales enablement, and pipeline acceleration. Partner with Product, Sales, Data, RevOps, and ecosystem stakeholders to translate complex fintech capabilities into industry-specific narratives, execute integrated campaigns, track revenue and pipeline KPIs, and improve win rates. The role requires hands-on use of AI tools and strong cross-functional influence.
