Provide strategic legal counsel to Vitera leadership on commercial, product, technology, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, SaaS, data-sharing, and vendor agreements. Structure partnerships across the defined contribution ecosystem, mitigate legal and regulatory risk, support product and operations implementation, coordinate with outside counsel (including ERISA specialists), and contribute to governance, policy, and communications review.

The AVP Strategic Partnerships role focuses on developing and executing partnership strategies for the Vitera platform, enhancing engagement within the retirement sector. Responsibilities include evaluating potential partners, structuring partnership agreements, overseeing relationships, and leveraging Gen AI tools for operational efficiency.
