Own Atlassian’s partner-led growth strategy across Canada by developing territory plans, recruiting and scaling solution partners, driving partner-sourced pipeline and co-selling, managing development funds, and conducting partner business reviews. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams, executive relationship-building, market analysis, partner enablement, and travel as needed.

Leads an enterprise account executive team, setting sales strategy, revenue goals, performance metrics, and development plans. The role recruits and coaches sales professionals, manages key client relationships and negotiations, analyzes market and sales data, collaborates with internal partners, and reports performance to senior leadership. It also drives enterprise market expansion, optimizes sales processes, and promotes consultative, value-based selling.

Participate in a 15-week full-time software engineering internship in Vancouver, Burnaby, or Richmond. Build and ship product features, contribute code to Atlassian products, apply data structures and algorithms, and learn full-lifecycle development through mentorship and collaboration with senior engineers. Work may involve cloud initiatives and AI-driven features.
