Develops territory strategies, drives ITSM and service transformation adoption, manages executive relationships, partners with channel organizations and internal teams, communicates business value and ROI, and supports strategic customer engagements. Requires strong ITSM expertise, enterprise software field sales experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a record of exceeding sales targets.
