The Inside Sales Representative manages inbound and outbound residential sales opportunities, qualifies leads, distributes them through a CRM, converts customers, conducts cold calls, follows up on proposals, and supports retention. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, multitasking, objection handling, and customer-focused problem solving. Propane industry experience is not required, as training is provided.
