Conducts high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and social outreach. Identifies prospective clients, generates interest, manages an assigned account book, and schedules qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives. Uses Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, and Gong while meeting activity and appointment targets. Collaborates with teammates, applies coaching, maintains regional business-hour schedules, and travels to conferences, events, and training sessions as required.

Leads marketing planning, governance, operational excellence, and cross-functional initiatives. Partners with marketing leadership on prioritization, business reviews, annual planning, budgets, strategic tracking, executive communications, process design, project management tools, dashboards, AI-enabled automation, and software implementation. Supports 1Mind onboarding and adoption while improving workflows, accountability, resource allocation, and performance measurement across the marketing organization.

Leads internationalization and localization technical programs from product discovery through release. Owns Phrase or comparable TMS configuration, APIs, integrations, AI-enabled translation platforms, workflow automation, release readiness, and localization quality. Partners with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Localization, and Testing teams to establish i18n standards, support RTL and locale-aware functionality, resolve technical issues, manage dependencies, and improve scalable localization workflows.
