Own client relationships and account health for assigned Avetta customers. Drive platform adoption, conduct success planning and QBRs, provide training and recommendations, identify expansion opportunities, support risk mitigation, resolve complex issues, and collaborate cross-functionally on product and process improvements. Document client interactions in company systems and use data to guide decisions.

Drive revenue by prospecting and qualifying suppliers, conducting product walkthroughs, overcoming objections, and managing relationships. Maintain CRM records, meet sales KPIs, collaborate with managers and team members, use tools like ZoomInfo and Salesforce, and attend conferences and training.

Review and verify supplier Safety, Health and Environmental programs via desktop/manual audits in the Avetta platform. Provide gap guidance, close audit deficiencies, respond to customers, document interactions, and meet audit quality and SLA metrics. Attend trainings and travel up to 30%.
