Provide technical support for software products, custom applications, and integrations by triaging, reproducing, troubleshooting, testing, diagnosing, and resolving issues. Document findings, deploy workarounds and hotfixes, implement custom-code fixes, assess change feasibility, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with support, R&D, and project delivery teams. The role is hybrid in Calgary and may require domestic and international travel.

Provide market and competitive intelligence for GTM programs: conduct secondary/primary research, synthesize insights, create campaign-ready deliverables (insight packs, battlecards, pursuit briefs), prioritize research requests, embed intelligence into marketing and sales workflows, quality-assure AI-assisted outputs, and manage intelligence tools and databases to drive adoption.
