Teams at AVEVA

Provides technical leadership for complex industrial automation and SCADA customer projects from initiation through closeout. Leads requirements confirmation, software and hardware specification alignment, project planning, system design, execution monitoring, risk management, issue resolution, customer communication, installation, commissioning, training, and financial reconciliation. Guides technical teams and supports customer-site deployments, including high-pressure problem solving and interactions with government and private-sector customers. Requires 20–50% domestic and international travel.

Qualify inbound leads from campaigns, events, and web inquiries; conduct personalized outreach; assess prospect fit; uncover business needs; articulate AVEVA solutions; maintain accurate CRM data; and generate qualified sales opportunities. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams, meets lead follow-up and pipeline metrics, and includes training for advancement into outbound-focused sales development.

Owns customer success for AVEVA software customers, including onboarding, deployment readiness, adoption, success planning, roadmap development, services coordination, and expansion opportunities. The role partners with delivery, services, support, and sales teams to accelerate customer value, increase software adoption, and improve ROI. It requires strong communication, technical presentation, cross-functional collaboration, and project or program management experience.
