Lead installation, configuration, migration and development of SCADA-based applications. Gather requirements, design/approve solutions, perform code reviews, support DB migrations, deliver training, troubleshoot, build tools, mentor team members, and travel to customer sites (~25-30%).

Technical lead responsible for end-to-end delivery of industrial software projects: gather and translate requirements, design solutions, lead teams, manage budgets/schedules, validate testing, troubleshoot, document lessons learned, and maintain stakeholder communication. Works closely with engineering and operations, recommends technical approaches, and travels to customer sites (~50%).

Process and fulfill product orders, set up product support and customers in internal systems, handle license RMAs and modifications, communicate with customers and distributors, and support audit requests by providing documentation to finance and accounting.
