Lead end-to-end delivery of complex industrial software projects from initiation through go-live, hypercare, and handoff. Define scope, schedules, staffing, governance, and delivery methods; manage executive communications, risks, negotiations, and customer expectations. Coordinate solution architects, engineers, OT and IT teams, DevOps, QA, data specialists, and site services across multi-site deployments. Oversee integrations involving MES, SCADA, IoT, ERP, PLM, MOM, historians, data lakes, and manufacturing analytics.

Provides technical success consulting for AVEVA Engineering and Schematic customers. Advises on configuration, performance, upgrades, adoption, deployment, training, license optimization, and product enhancements. Diagnoses adoption barriers, leads remediation plans, and partners with customer success, account management, and implementation teams. Requires deep AVEVA expertise, technical leadership, strong communication skills, and up to 20% travel.

Manage order-to-invoice processes across sales, legal, finance, operations, and client teams. Responsibilities include validating Salesforce opportunities, entering orders in ERP, coordinating software fulfillment, supporting invoicing and collections, maintaining documentation and unbilled reports, resolving order issues, and assisting with audits and customer account setup.
