Manage deployments ranging from small product implementations to complex enterprise projects. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, estimates, and milestones while coordinating business, IT, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Oversee change management, documentation for customer acceptance and revenue recognition, stakeholder communications, and simultaneous projects. The role is remote in Canada with 30% domestic travel.

Lead deployment and installation of Axon Fleet network, hardware, and software solutions; manage third-party installers and customer communications; troubleshoot network and device issues; create installation diagrams and documentation; train technical and non-technical staff and contractors; provide vendor and work-order support. Requires frequent travel and on-site customer engagement.

Lead and develop a distributed Customer Success team across Commonwealth territories to drive retention, adoption, and growth. Own QBR standards, success plans, escalations, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing. Travel regularly to customers and regional hubs and maintain customer health visibility via Salesforce and Gainsight.
