Ayrton Energy
Ayrton Energy is a Calgary-based clean technology startup founded in 2021 by Natasha Kostenuk and Brandy Kinkead. Its proprietary e-LOHC (liquid organic hydrogen carrier) technology stores hydrogen safely in an organic liquid at room temperature and pressure, allowing it to be transported in existing liquid-fuel infrastructure such as tank trucks, pipelines, and rail cars. Ayrton's mission is to provide energy security fueled by hydrogen by making hydrogen storage and distribution simple, scalable, and cost-effective.
