Ensures lending decisions comply with risk, audit, regulatory, legal, and internal control requirements while maintaining portfolio quality and client satisfaction.

Lead advisory oversight for high‑risk commercial loan portfolios: perform advanced financial and credit analysis, advise on restructuring and recovery strategies, monitor watch‑list/impaired accounts, strengthen governance and reporting, and partner with stakeholders to mitigate portfolio risk.
