Provides personalized financial and investment planning to customers, recommends mutual funds and retirement products, develops client relationships, acquires new business, generates referrals, and meets sales targets. The role conducts needs-based assessments, creates relationship plans, delivers investment guidance, maintains regulatory compliance, analyzes customer needs, and collaborates with banking partners across potentially multiple branches and service channels.

Leads private equity, venture capital, direct equity, and subordinated debt transactions from origination through closing. Responsibilities include due diligence, valuation, investment committee presentations, legal negotiations, portfolio monitoring, relationship development, investment thesis creation, and collaboration across BMO. The Director also mentors associates, supports commercial banking referrals, evaluates opportunities, and assists with special projects.

As a Software Application Developer, you will design, build, and support secure applications, using Java and Spring Boot, with a focus on integrating AI and cloud technologies. Full SDLC involvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
