Manages national commercial accounts in the automotive and transportation sectors through financial analysis, credit underwriting, risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, financial modeling, and loan structuring. Prepares credit submissions and committee memos, supports lending proposals and business development, coordinates deal documentation and closings, and advises internal and external stakeholders. The role also monitors covenants, borrowing bases, annual reviews, and portfolio trends while contributing industry expertise and client relationship management.

Performs technical business analysis for AI-enabled technology delivery. Responsibilities include eliciting and documenting requirements, creating user stories and process maps, conducting gap and impact analyses, facilitating stakeholder workshops, supporting testing, and improving delivery processes with Generative AI and prompt engineering. The role collaborates with product, architecture, development, QA, and business teams while evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, security, and relevance.

Develop and deploy enterprise Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and cloud-native architectures. Translate business needs into secure, scalable software solutions; build APIs, microservices, reusable AI workflows, and integrations. Perform testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and lifecycle maintenance while following responsible AI, governance, security, and risk standards. Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to deliver innovative banking solutions.
