Owns end-to-end HR operations for US and Canadian employees and contractors, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee records, compliance, employee relations, performance management, compensation reviews, manager training, and HR systems. The role administers Rippling, Lattice, and Ashby, supports SOC 2 compliance, coaches managers through performance issues and PIPs, maintains policies, and coordinates benefits and training vendors.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web and mobile SaaS products. Report and track defects, perform end-to-end and regression testing, collaborate with developers and product owners, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Lead Release Management, QA, and DevOps to build an automation-first quality engineering framework. Drive CI/CD, platform reliability, observability, and release gate processes across multi-platform (web and native) products. Coach QA toward automation, implement test data and environment standards, partner with product and support on release readiness and post-release remediation, and champion AI-assisted coding and testing adoption.
