Conduct market research, define user stories and journeys, collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and credit union partners, prioritize the backlog, analyze product metrics, and ensure compliance with regulations affecting financial products for minors.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web and mobile SaaS products. Report and track defects, perform end-to-end and regression testing, collaborate with developers and product owners, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Lead Release Management, QA, and DevOps to build an automation-first quality engineering framework. Drive CI/CD, platform reliability, observability, and release gate processes across multi-platform (web and native) products. Coach QA toward automation, implement test data and environment standards, partner with product and support on release readiness and post-release remediation, and champion AI-assisted coding and testing adoption.
