Builds backend and frontend features, integrates core banking and financial APIs, ensures KYC/AML compliance and production reliability, and oversees testing, observability, incident response, and CI/CD quality. Mentors and hires engineers while collaborating with Product, QA, Implementation, and Client Success teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions and successful client go-lives.

Own the end-to-end roadmap for a 0-to-1 kids and family financial empowerment product, from discovery through launch and growth. Conduct market research, define user stories and journeys, collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and credit union partners, prioritize the backlog, analyze product metrics, and ensure compliance with regulations affecting financial products for minors.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web and mobile SaaS products. Report and track defects, perform end-to-end and regression testing, collaborate with developers and product owners, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
