Own account acquisition product strategy and launches, including Business OAO and Youth Account Opening. Drive adoption, conversion, funnel performance, and deposit growth for consumer and in-branch products. Collaborate with engineering, implementation teams, and financial institution clients; manage integrations with core banking, identity verification, decisioning, and loan origination systems. Mentor a product owner and guide roadmap prioritization, documentation, agile ceremonies, onboarding, and training.

Own Bankjoy’s event program, including its annual client conference, regional events, trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and executive gatherings. Manage event strategy, logistics, vendors, contracts, budgets, attendee engagement, marketing promotion, and ROI reporting. Coordinate with sales, executives, designers, agencies, and partners while maintaining marketing calendars and campaign lists. Create event-related social and content updates, manage on-site execution, and support multiple events simultaneously with occasional travel and evening or weekend commitments.

Owns accounting operations for a multi-entity fintech, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end close, sales tax compliance, revenue recognition, audit coordination, financial reporting, and process documentation. The role manages US and Canadian entities, supports cross-border accounting and tax activities, maintains recurring schedules, prepares board KPI packages, and partners with business teams to ensure accurate billing and collections.
