Develop process designs and engineering deliverables for industrial energy and process plant projects from concept through detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning. Design process equipment and systems, prepare specifications and calculations, participate in HAZOP and risk reviews, conduct field visits, and provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders. The role may lead small to medium projects and serve as Lead Process Engineer.

Supports process engineering design activities through calculations, data analysis, simulations, equipment design, specifications, studies, reports, and PFD/P&ID preparation. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, clients, and field personnel. Reviews manufacturer and subcontractor documents, applies engineering standards, and contributes to project execution under established guidelines.

Leads and coordinates multidisciplinary engineering activities across EPC project lifecycles. Manages technical scope, design, schedules, budgets, deliverables, documentation, reviews, risks, procurement and construction support. Acts as the primary liaison among clients, project teams, consultants and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements. The role also provides technical leadership, stakeholder coordination, design review oversight and mentorship to engineering teams.

Provides technical leadership for complex instrumentation and control systems engineering projects. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering deliverables, participating in P&ID, HAZOP, LOPA, and alarm rationalization reviews, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, evaluating technical bids, maintaining engineering standards, monitoring quality and schedules, and mentoring junior staff. The role may also serve as Lead Engineer on industrial, energy, mining, infrastructure, nuclear, and EPC/EPCM projects.
