Own Banyan HQ’s enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture, standards, governance, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps. Lead AI-native infrastructure and data foundations, including LLM access, agent-ready workflows, retrieval architectures, identity, security, cost controls, and governance. Partner with IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and AI leadership on zero-trust architecture, platform rationalization, vendor evaluation, lifecycle planning, and enterprise technology strategy. Communicate recommendations to executives and mentor IT staff.

Supports Implementation Consultants with client setup, data and policy reviews, quality audits, reporting, and special projects for the HR4 platform. Learns HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, dealership culture, and the HR4Way methodology. Maintains Jira task tracking, uses HR4 analytics to surface insights, updates client resources, and gradually develops training and facilitation responsibilities. This remote growth role requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, curiosity, discipline, and client orientation.
