Coordinates engineering and construction activities on active heavy civil projects. Responsibilities include cost control, forecasting, pay estimates, change orders, submittals, material deliveries, subcontractor contracts, scheduling, quality assurance, progress reporting, technical meetings, and coordination with field personnel, subcontractors, consultants, and technical teams. The position is fully onsite at assigned U.S. project locations and requires relocation.
