The role also involves community networking, partnership development, client advisory support, pipeline management, and maintaining an active presence throughout the assigned territory.

Provides client service and administrative support to Virtual Business Centre clients across Canada. Responds to basic inquiries, escalates complex requests, manages administrative queues, prepares correspondence, maintains accurate documentation, completes follow-ups, and meets service deadlines.
