Advises Canadian entrepreneurs and executive teams on AI strategy, readiness, use-case prioritization, governance, risk, and adoption. Leads diagnostic assessments and AI advisory mandates, coordinating specialists and partners while managing outcomes, scope, timelines, stakeholders, and client satisfaction. Develops AI advisory frameworks, training, workshops, and thought leadership, and supports business development. The role emphasizes practical business value, responsible AI, change management, and executive communication rather than technical model development.

Delivers cybersecurity advisory projects for entrepreneurs, including risk management framework implementation, project management, quality assurance, client diagnostics, customized proposals, and subject matter expertise. Supports business development, marketing outreach, and client relationship building while developing pragmatic cybersecurity solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
