Evaluates, structures, and executes growth and transition financing transactions. Responsibilities include financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, market and industry analysis, due diligence, credit assessment, risk evaluation, proposal development, portfolio monitoring, client communication, and transaction negotiations supporting business growth, ownership transitions, mergers, and acquisitions.

Manage relationships with small-business clients, grow and retain a profitable loan portfolio, identify financing and consulting opportunities, and deliver high-quality client service. Responsibilities include credit analysis, loan proposal preparation and negotiation, risk assessment, business development, marketing planning, and achieving profitability and retention goals. The role requires strong relationship management, sales, credit judgment, organization, and communication skills.
