Manage complex strategic pursuits from RFx analysis through proposal submission, partnering with leaders and subject matter experts. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–4 pursuit professionals while overseeing resources, performance, and talent development. Improve pursuit processes, workflows, tools, and service delivery through technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Analyze metrics, manage stakeholders, support presentations and debriefs, and drive operational excellence across public and private sector opportunities.

Prepares US tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and other business entities; conducts tax research; communicates with the IRS and state tax authorities; and supports client engagements. The role involves collaboration across tax teams, client service, staff training, quality improvements, professional development, and business growth initiatives. Success requires accurate work, technical development, strong communication, analytical problem-solving, teamwork, and pursuit of a Canadian or US CPA designation.

The Solution Architect will lead enterprise-level solutions for Dynamics 365 F&O, collaborating on design, implementation, and quality assurance while advising on best practices and driving project initiatives.
