Leads end-to-end solution architecture, design, and delivery for enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, defines integrations across D365, Power Platform, Azure, and third-party systems, and oversees data migration, security, governance, and deployment strategies. Provides technical leadership to architects, developers, consultants, and delivery partners while engaging senior stakeholders and guiding solutions through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Develop, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. Build plugins, custom APIs, workflows, Dataverse solutions, Power Apps, and automated processes. Design Azure-based REST and SOAP integrations, support data migration, and manage application lifecycle deployments through Azure DevOps and Git. Perform testing, troubleshooting, optimization, documentation, and production support while collaborating with architects, consultants, analysts, and technical stakeholders.

Leads end-to-end architecture and technical delivery for enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations. Translates business requirements into scalable solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure. Defines integration, data migration, security, environment, and ALM strategies; produces technical designs; leads architecture reviews; governs technical standards; assesses risks; and influences stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
