Manage and optimize core SaaS infrastructure (Okta, Jira, Kandji), translate business requirements into technical workflows, implement automation via Okta Workflows and APIs, apply IaC principles, analyze logs/ticket trends for improvements, and partner with Security and vendors to enforce governance and cost-effective SaaS operations.

Provide day-to-day client support as the subject matter expert for assigned clients, resolve escalations, maintain SLAs, run training, create resources, communicate issues to development, and deliver data-driven insights from CSAT and user feedback.

Lead and grow a data governance function setting standards for ownership, metadata, quality, access, and compliance. Operate DataHub as the canonical catalog, define data quality SLAs and health scores, run audits, manage entitlements, align privacy and legal requirements, run the domain council, and drive cross-functional remediation and training programs.
