Supports financial managed-services programs by designing and maintaining workflows, launching clients, monitoring operational metrics, documenting processes, resolving issues, and supporting continuous improvement. The role collaborates with internal teams, clients, and foundation partners while preparing reports, training materials, project plans, and process documentation. Success requires strong organization, communication, analytical judgment, client focus, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Lead Developer Experience and SDLC modernization across the organization. Design internal developer platforms, agentic automation, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security controls, quality gates, and reusable engineering standards. Partner with architecture, security, and product teams to improve developer productivity and adoption. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, documentation, proof-of-concept development, and architectural guidance while applying AI-assisted development securely and responsibly.

Provides technical leadership for Benevity’s user identity and access management platform. Designs secure, scalable authentication, authorization, SSO, identity lifecycle, and zero-trust capabilities using Auth0 and cloud platforms. Leads architecture, proofs of concept, technical prioritization, documentation, security practices, and cross-functional delivery while mentoring senior developers. Requires deep IAM expertise, strong Java and Python development skills, cloud-native experience across AWS and GCP, and proficiency in modern identity protocols and secure software architecture.
