Coordinates U.S. and Canadian payroll processing, benefits administration, employee lifecycle changes, HRIS support, reporting, reconciliations, compliance, audits, and year-end requirements. Serves as a Dayforce subject matter expert, manages benefits providers, responds to payroll inquiries, and supports accurate administration of sensitive employee information while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Provides hands-on HR partnership across the organization, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, recruitment, workforce planning, retention, policy application, organizational change, and employee engagement. Coaches managers, supports workplace issue resolution, maintains confidential HR records, and contributes to HR program improvement while ensuring compliance with Alberta employment legislation and HR best practices.
