The role involves designing, building, and deploying machine learning models, collaborating with teams to address business problems, and mentoring other data scientists.

Maintain availability, monitoring, and incident response for BeyondTrust Cloud Service. Troubleshoot distributed systems, implement fixes and preventive measures, collaborate across teams to meet SLAs, document work, follow risk/compliance, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Develop backend services, APIs, and data-layer code; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure via IaC; create tooling and automation; support monitoring, incident response, and documentation; use AI tools in the development workflow and collaborate with Product and Security.
