Conducts technical discovery, product demonstrations, presentations, proof-of-concept engagements, and RFP/RFI support for cybersecurity solutions. Partners with account executives, internal teams, channel partners, and customers to align technical capabilities with business needs. Provides technical guidance, differentiates products, supports industry events, and improves pre-sales processes. Requires expertise in privileged access management, identity security, enterprise applications, and related infrastructure technologies, with travel up to 50%.

Develop and support a cloud-native workload credentials management solution within a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include designing scalable full-stack services, orchestration, APIs, distributed systems, and microservices; providing technical leadership; leading projects through delivery; collaborating cross-functionally; mentoring engineers; and applying engineering best practices. The role requires extensive Go development, cloud and SaaS expertise, modern JavaScript frameworks, and experience operating enterprise systems at scale.

Lead platform infrastructure reliability initiatives for a microservices-based cloud SaaS solution. Design scalable, automated, observable infrastructure; define platform roadmaps; guide engineering teams through design reviews; reduce operational toil; build monitoring and alerting; and participate in on-call incident response. The role uses AWS, Kubernetes on EKS, Istio, infrastructure-as-code, GitLab, Argo CD, and Datadog.
