Plans and oversees end-to-end delivery of moderate- to high-complexity projects, including scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, compliance, and stakeholder communication. Manages client relationships, resolves issues, coordinates project teams, and may supervise project administration staff. The role also leads urgent project initiation, cost estimation, risk assessment, requirements gathering, and project kickoff activities while ensuring delivery remains on time, within budget, and within specifications.

Provides administrative support throughout project lifecycles, including project setup, documentation, tracking, reporting, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, financial monitoring, and project closeout. Maintains accurate records, prepares status and cost reports, communicates risks, and coordinates with stakeholders and vendors to support timely project delivery.

Supports senior team members by creating and maintaining architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings; updating records to reflect site conditions; conducting site audits; maintaining drawing and occupancy management protocols; reporting occupancy and vacancy metrics; escalating risks; and contributing to process improvements. The role requires CAD expertise, familiarity with building codes and facility management software, strong organization and communication skills, and local and national travel.

Creates and maintains architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings; administers occupancy tools; updates client requests; verifies onsite conditions; supports audits, project and space management, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role also maintains documentation protocols, escalates risks, supports clients and team members, and provides training and mentoring. Lead project teams, manage client expectations, develop cost estimates and funding business cases, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications. May supervise project administration and coordination staff while managing multiple projects independently.

Manage leased property knowledge and coordinate leasing transactions for corporate clients. Handle lease renewals, expansions, terminations, negotiations with brokers, documentation, market research, cost analyses, and stakeholder communications. Work with Workplace Solutions, Facilities, legal and finance teams to align portfolio strategy, support change management, and maintain transaction records and reports.

Leads strategic sourcing initiatives, including competitive bidding, supplier negotiations, contract management, vendor qualification, performance measurement, category strategy, financial analysis, and cost-saving opportunities. The role collaborates with stakeholders, suppliers, finance, and operations teams while preparing sourcing documentation, reports, and strategic recommendations.

Remotely operate and optimize Building Automation Systems across multiple facilities, troubleshoot BAS issues, monitor alarms, dispatch work orders, coordinate repairs and vendors, support commissioning and energy optimization projects, and provide on-call emergency response and mentorship to junior operators.
