Teams at BGIS

Manage leased property knowledge and coordinate leasing transactions for corporate clients. Handle lease renewals, expansions, terminations, negotiations with brokers, documentation, market research, cost analyses, and stakeholder communications. Work with Workplace Solutions, Facilities, legal and finance teams to align portfolio strategy, support change management, and maintain transaction records and reports.

Support creation and maintenance of architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings; manage drawing filing and occupancy processes; support site audits and implement changes; produce occupancy/vacancy reports; escalate risks, meet project KPIs, and support continuous improvement. Travel locally and nationally as required.

Operate and maintain facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC and other building systems. Perform inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, manage work orders in a CMMS, support PM programs, follow EHS and fire protection rules, assist projects, and provide tenant-facing service. Must hold ABSA Power Engineer 4th Class.
