Supports senior team members by creating and maintaining architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings; updating records to reflect site conditions; conducting site audits; maintaining drawing and occupancy management protocols; reporting occupancy and vacancy metrics; escalating risks; and contributing to process improvements. The role requires CAD expertise, familiarity with building codes and facility management software, strong organization and communication skills, and local and national travel.

Creates and maintains architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings; administers occupancy tools; updates client requests; verifies onsite conditions; supports audits, project and space management, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role also maintains documentation protocols, escalates risks, supports clients and team members, and provides training and mentoring. Candidates need a technical college diploma, CAD experience, facility management software knowledge, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a driver’s license.

Plans and oversees end-to-end delivery of moderately complex projects, including scope, requirements, budgets, resources, timelines, risks, compliance, and stakeholder communications. Manages project teams, vendors, client relationships, expectations, issue resolution, and satisfaction while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Supports continuous improvement and applies best practices and technologies to optimize project outcomes.
