Develops pricing strategies, financial models, margin analyses, forecasts, and commercial recommendations supporting new business, contract expansions, and profitability. Partners with Business Development, Operations, and Finance on bids, business cases, reporting, accounting-cycle support, controls, audits, and process improvements. Uses Excel and pricing and financial systems to analyze costs, risks, market data, variances, and performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and non-finance stakeholders.

Provides administrative support throughout project lifecycles, including project setup, documentation, tracking, reporting, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, financial monitoring, and project closeout. Maintains accurate records, prepares status and cost reports, communicates risks, and coordinates with stakeholders and vendors to support timely project delivery.

Plans and oversees end-to-end delivery of moderately complex projects, including scope, requirements, budgets, resources, timelines, risks, compliance, and stakeholder communications. Manages project teams, vendors, client relationships, expectations, issue resolution, and satisfaction while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Supports continuous improvement and applies best practices and technologies to optimize project outcomes.
