Recruit, coach and lead project teams, maintain client and consultant relationships, and drive continuous improvement and lessons-learned. Experience with Defence Construction Canada and large ($100M+) projects required.

Work with the project team and trade partners to perform QA/QC inspections (concrete, rebar, formwork, anchors, MEP, roofing, finishes), review 3rd-party test results and subcontractor quality documentation, implement the Project Quality Plan, write project-specific procedures, generate and manage Non-Conformance Reports, support deficiency tracking and walkthroughs, and document project status with 3D site captures.

Lead and coordinate daily project management activities for construction projects, overseeing safety, schedule, budget, quality, subcontractor administration, team development, reporting, and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Provide administrative support to project teams by managing project documentation, tracking logs, subcontract agreements, change management records, meeting minutes, and O&M manuals; maintain organized project files, coordinate information among owners/consultants/trades/suppliers, and ensure accurate document control to support timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Maintain OFCI equipment register, coordinate vendors/design/procurement/field teams, review submittals for testability and controls integration, define FAT/SAT requirements, embed OFCI readiness gates in commissioning plans, manage vendor testing presence, drive defect resolution, and report readiness to commissioning stakeholders.

Lead commissioning of building and electrical control systems for data centers, including point-to-point verification, sequences of operation, alarm logic, and L4/L5 integrated systems testing. Validate BMS/EPMS/SCADA configurations, confirm operator interfaces, document IST results, and coordinate vendor-supplied control panels to ensure integrated power, cooling, and life-safety behavior meets design intent and owner requirements.

Support proposal development by creating, formatting, and maintaining resumes, project profiles, and reusable content. Coordinate proposal assembly, track milestones, manage document version control, and improve templates and content libraries to ensure compliant, consistent, client-focused submissions.

Field-based QA/QC Coordinator responsible for project document control, site quality inspections, coordinating deficiencies, liaising with architects/engineers/subcontractors, preparing meeting minutes and turnover documentation, and supporting project planning and schedules. Maintain accurate project records and keep project managers informed of status and issues.
