Maintain accurate project records and keep project managers informed of status and issues.

Own vendor sourcing, negotiation, and SLAs; manage budgets and analyze travel spend; oversee booking and expense systems; improve employee experience; implement travel risk and duty-of-care protocols; partner with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to drive cost savings and program governance.
