Leads Bird’s enterprise application integration capability, overseeing the design, delivery, governance, monitoring, security, and support of A2A, API, event-driven, batch, and data integrations. Manages and coaches an integration team, establishes reusable standards and API governance, oversees delivery timelines and resources, coordinates stakeholders and vendors, and serves as a technical escalation point. Drives reliability, scalability, automation, operational support, release management, and continuous improvement across mission-critical integration services.

Delivers training and facilitates adoption of InEight scheduling and operational software across construction business units. Translates system functionality into practical workflows, partners with Operations Technology and Learning & Development, supports change management, and provides coaching and feedback to improve adoption. The role also aligns training materials with organizational standards, engages leadership, reports adoption progress, and supports program managers and delivery teams. Travel to business units is required as needed. This is a fixed-term position.

Provide administrative, analytical and operational support to the National Supply Chain Manager. Responsibilities include document control, vendor master data updates, RFx coordination, reporting and dashboards, SharePoint management, meeting logistics, and cross-functional collaboration to support category management, procurement, vendor management and asset management.

Design, build, test, govern, and support AI-enabled solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot. Develop agents, applications, automations, integrations, and AI services; coordinate testing and UAT; manage security, access, governance, licensing, capacity, and operational support; and partner with business stakeholders through training and adoption. Maintain platform standards, solution inventories, observability, responsible AI practices, and scalable delivery patterns.

Lead enterprise data, analytics, AI, automation, and information governance. Define strategy and roadmap, modernize data platforms (lakehouse/Azure Databricks), establish AI and automation capabilities, enforce governance/MDM (Semarchy), deliver BI/Power BI and predictive solutions, run Automation CoE, drive data literacy, and build a high-performing cross-functional team.
