Lead commercial strategy and contract stewardship for MRO, maintenance, turnarounds, and sustaining capital. Manage change and claims processes, proposals, rate negotiations, audits, and commercial governance while coaching operations and ensuring contractual entitlements and risk management.

Support project accounting by managing A/R and A/P, client billings, holdback and subcontract invoice processing, month‑end WIP and revenue forecast reports, journal entries, compliance with CSOX/IFRS, audit support, collections follow-up, and close coordination with project teams and accounts payable.

Lead and coach site teams to maintain compliance with Bird Construction and client HSE programs. Conduct daily field presence, hazard identification, investigations, inspections, training, and liaise with clients to implement corrective actions and maintain safety documentation.
