Coordinates operational initiatives from approved concept through implementation, adoption, and transition to operations. Develops workflows, procedures, process maps, job aids, training materials, communications, and knowledge content. Gathers requirements, coordinates stakeholders and validation activities, identifies risks and readiness gaps, supports pilots and user testing, and recommends practical solutions. Maintains content governance and supports ownership, sustainment, and continuous improvement. Requires construction or field-based operational experience and strong writing, facilitation, coordination, and implementation skills.

Supports supply chain operations through requirements gathering, process mapping, vendor and master data management, ERP support, reporting, dashboard development, spend analysis, and business process improvement. The role coordinates RFQ/RFP/RFI activities, supports system testing and implementations, maintains documentation, and contributes to data governance, integration, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder workshops.

Leads Bird’s enterprise application integration capability, overseeing the design, delivery, governance, monitoring, security, and support of A2A, API, event-driven, batch, and data integrations. Manages and coaches an integration team, establishes reusable standards and API governance, oversees delivery timelines and resources, coordinates stakeholders and vendors, and serves as a technical escalation point. Drives reliability, scalability, automation, operational support, release management, and continuous improvement across mission-critical integration services.
