The Creatio Developer will configure and customize Creatio CRM, build workflows, assist with C#/.NET integration, and collaborate in an Agile environment.

Serve as the technical bridge between sales and customers for Databricks solutions: lead discovery workshops, design scalable Lakehouse architectures, build demos and POCs, advise on integration with cloud and data tooling, demonstrate ML/GenAI capabilities, respond to RFPs, and enable internal teams. Travel ~40% to support customer engagements and partner activities.

Embed with strategic customers to design, build, and ship production AI applications using Anthropic Claude. Lead prototyping, architecture design, agent development, RAG and multi-agent orchestration, cloud integrations, technical discovery, demos/POCs, and presales support. Produce technical artifacts, evaluation frameworks, and reusable accelerators while advising on deployment, risk mitigation, and scaling.
