Operate and scale global customer-facing SaaS infrastructure on GCP: design resilient architectures, run and upgrade GKE clusters, implement CI/CD/GitOps, monitor and troubleshoot performance, ensure security/compliance, and coordinate cross-functional releases and incident response.

Implement and integrate Black Duck application security solutions for enterprise customers on the West Coast. Drive customer onboarding, training, solution design, custom integrations into SDLC/DevOps, project delivery, and professional consulting to improve software quality, security, and adoption.

Architect and implement production-grade agentic AI integrations connecting SAST/SCA/DAST into developer workflows (IDEs, CI/CD, PRs). Design multi-agent orchestration, MCP-based tooling, APIs and MCP Gateway, prototype new integrations, improve SAST AI fix recommendations, and mentor engineers.
