Serves as the technical authority for authentication, authorization, federation, and identity lifecycle management. Provides cross-team architectural guidance, establishes engineering standards, mentors engineers, improves observability and reliability, and influences technology strategy. The role also promotes responsible AI-assisted development and modern software engineering practices across the organization.

Operate and scale global customer-facing SaaS infrastructure on GCP: design resilient architectures, run and upgrade GKE clusters, implement CI/CD/GitOps, monitor and troubleshoot performance, ensure security/compliance, and coordinate cross-functional releases and incident response.

Implement and integrate Black Duck application security solutions for enterprise customers on the West Coast. Drive customer onboarding, training, solution design, custom integrations into SDLC/DevOps, project delivery, and professional consulting to improve software quality, security, and adoption.
