Provides senior technical leadership across enterprise cybersecurity, including security architecture, cloud security, identity and access security, infrastructure and network security, vulnerability management, incident response, detection engineering, and automation. Designs controls and standards, leads investigations and implementations, improves security operations, and mentors cybersecurity professionals. The role partners cross-functionally to reduce technical exposure and translate cybersecurity strategy into executable initiatives.

Manage customer invoice submissions, incoming payments, accounts receivable records, reconciliations, statements, deposits, journal entries, aging reviews, and month-end close support. Follow up on overdue accounts, resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal teams, maintain AP portal statuses, and generate receivables reports. This is a six-month term role requiring independent work, organization, customer communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and willingness to learn NetSuite.

Lead a portfolio of cross-functional technology and business transformation projects, including enterprise software implementations and process improvements. Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery from intake through post-project review. Coordinate business and technical teams, vendors, executives, testing, training, deployment, change management, and user adoption while ensuring accountability and alignment with strategic objectives.

Leads end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing for technology goods and services, including hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and consulting. Negotiates contracts, manages supplier relationships, analyzes spend and total cost of ownership, tracks savings, and supports risk, compliance, budgeting, and governance activities. Partners with IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to align procurement with technology objectives.

Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and upsell in a SaaS environment. Prepare renewal quotes, negotiate contracts, execute business reviews, develop account plans, collaborate across teams and distribution partners, analyze client data, provide product feedback, and improve processes. Travel up to 15%.

Monitor real-time safety alerts, manage emergency escalations per protocol, provide basic technical troubleshooting, track weather/road risks, maintain incident records, and deliver bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support on an overnight shift.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities across North America through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Schedule discovery calls and demos, document activity in HubSpot, meet pipeline and activity targets, track KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Partners. Represent the company at industry events.

Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, coordinate with sales, production, shipping and distributors, resolve customer concerns, support renewals, and meet customer care service levels.
