The Alert Management Specialist monitors safety alerts, manages emergency responses, provides technical support, and ensures customer satisfaction while maintaining detailed records and reports.

Design, develop, and improve manufacturing test methods, equipment, and software for PCBA and system-level testing. Create electronic/mechanical test interfaces, debug test software, analyze failures, drive yield and productivity improvements, and integrate test and product-flow tools with manufacturing databases and systems. Collaborate with product and process teams to ensure production readiness and resolve test-related issues.

Manage day-to-day NetSuite ERP operations including troubleshooting, user support, configuration, upgrades, integrations, automation, requirements gathering, training, and documenting processes to meet business needs.

The Client Implementation Coordinator manages client implementations, gathers requirements, conducts training, and ensures successful deployment of Blackline's technology solutions.
