Design, develop, and improve manufacturing test methods, equipment, and software for PCBA and system-level testing. Create electronic/mechanical test interfaces, debug test software, analyze failures, drive yield and productivity improvements, and integrate test and product-flow tools with manufacturing databases and systems. Collaborate with product and process teams to ensure production readiness and resolve test-related issues.

Lead and coach a software and QA automation team to deliver high-quality, reliable production systems. Own delivery outcomes, drive test automation strategy, improve developer-owned quality practices, partner with Product and Architecture, and integrate CI/CD and DevOps to measurably reduce defects and improve system reliability.

The Client Implementation Coordinator manages client implementations, gathers requirements, conducts training, and ensures successful deployment of Blackline's technology solutions.
