Supports Blackline Safety’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems by managing controlled documentation, updating process procedures, coordinating internal and external audits, tracking calibration activities, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires translating BPMN process maps into structured documents, maintaining SharePoint-based workflows, coordinating vendors and instrument logistics, and helping prepare for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 accreditations.

Lead product positioning, messaging, go-to-market launches, market intelligence, competitive strategy, sales enablement, and digital product narratives across the portfolio. Partner with Product, Sales, Client Success, Demand Generation, and Brand to align launches, campaigns, retention, upsell, and expansion efforts. Manage launch resources, timelines, budgets, and team capability while helping strengthen the product marketing function.

Lead and scale B2B demand generation across paid media, SEO/AEO, lifecycle marketing, events, email, webinars, and ABM. Own website growth, pipeline attribution, channel investment, lead scoring, routing, and reporting. Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to improve lead quality and revenue impact. Build and develop the demand generation team while applying AI and automation to increase efficiency.
