Translate customer and market insights into prioritized initiatives, partner with Sales/Marketing/Engineering/Data Science, align operations and SLAs, drive GTM enablement, and write detailed product requirements while collaborating with UX and security teams.

Drive technology strategy and architecture across the product portfolio, delivering scalable, secure cloud-native SaaS and endpoint solutions. Champion AI-driven approaches, lead design reviews and PoCs, provide technical leadership, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and support production systems including on-call troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
