The Tax Director will oversee tax compliance and consulting for flow-through clients, manage engagements, mentor staff, and develop innovative financial strategies.

Provide federal and multi-state tax compliance and advisory services for partnerships, S-corps, and pass-through entities. Prepare and review tax returns, perform technical research, support planning initiatives, supervise and mentor associates, collaborate with managers/partners, and manage engagement deadlines and quality for diverse clients.

Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite for nonprofit clients, ensure smooth transition and training, and improve operational efficiency.
