Review complex tax returns, research technical issues, identify planning opportunities, prepare recommendations, manage deadlines and budgets, and communicate regulatory developments. Mentor and review Associates and Seniors while maintaining quality, accuracy, and client service standards.

The role involves leading the architecture and solution ownership for NSAW implementations, data engineering, SQL transformations, and analytics delivery, ensuring data integrity and executive-level reporting.
