Leads procurement activities for aircraft spares and equipment across multiple regions. Manages the purchasing team, supplier relationships, performance metrics, sourcing strategies, contract compliance, inventory availability, repairs, invoice coordination, and ERP catalog maintenance. Drives process improvements, resolves supply issues and discrepancies, develops procurement procedures, and collaborates with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and global suppliers to support fleet availability.

The HR Generalist administers HR plans, maintains HR records, ensures compliance with labor laws, coordinates employee benefits, and supports various HR activities.
