Lead planning, development, and production of multi-family residential products from concept through construction. Evaluate site constraints, codes, and zoning; develop layouts and prototypes; manage drawings, consultants, and drafting resources; ensure constructability, compliance, and quality; provide technical leadership, coordinate construction support, and drive continuous improvement and standards.

Lead and coordinate administrative and scheduling support for construction and production teams across Alberta. Manage pre-construction tasks, permits, utility submissions, job releases, Buildpro/Newstar data entry, trade partner relationships, team training and coaching, reporting, process improvements, and direct-report management to ensure timely, compliant homebuilding schedules.
