Lead and coordinate administrative and scheduling support for construction and production teams across Alberta. Manage pre-construction tasks, permits, utility submissions, job releases, Buildpro/Newstar data entry, trade partner relationships, team training and coaching, reporting, process improvements, and direct-report management to ensure timely, compliant homebuilding schedules.

Lead regional FP&A activities for the North America office portfolio, managing budgeting, forecasting, valuation, financial modeling, investor reporting, and cross-functional partnership. Coach and develop team members, improve financial systems and processes, support monthly close, analyze investment performance, and present insights to senior leadership and investors.

Act as a trusted advisor for homebuyers, support community sales processes, maintain MLS listings, handle customer inquiries, coordinate across teams, run reports, and help improve sales conversion and customer experience.
