Supports home sales teams by managing purchaser communications, sales and closing documentation, pricing and financial approvals, deposits, rebates, commissions, referrals, lot inventory, and sales reporting. Coordinates with purchasers, realtors, lawyers, lenders, accounting, legal, construction, design, and other internal departments. Maintains accurate records, tracks transactions and agreements, validates documentation, and provides administrative backup to sales leadership.

Serve as senior technical lead for enterprise AI initiatives, building and maintaining Copilot Studio agents, Power Platform automations, Azure AI integrations, and governance. Translate business needs into scalable solutions, guide citizen development, support M365 Copilot pilots, document architectures and runbooks, and complete structured knowledge transfer at contract end.

Lead regional FP&A activities for the North America office portfolio, managing budgeting, forecasting, valuation, financial modeling, investor reporting, and cross-functional partnership. Coach and develop team members, improve financial systems and processes, support monthly close, analyze investment performance, and present insights to senior leadership and investors.
