Coordinate customs documentation, freight clearance, delivery, entry preparation, invoicing, and shipment tracking. Complete complex, high-volume customs entries, resolve clearance issues, apply free trade agreements, verify team members’ work, handle client and vendor queries, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and occasional travel to company offices in Canada, the United States, or Mexico.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications across front-end, back-end, Azure, and AWS platforms. Collaborate in Agile teams, build APIs and integrations, troubleshoot and optimize solutions, participate in code reviews, and apply CI/CD, TDD, and BDD practices. Mentor junior developers, improve engineering standards, document solutions, and provide effective customer support.

Designs and maintains cybersecurity controls across IT, cloud, network, and industrial environments. Responsibilities include security monitoring, incident response, SIEM/EDR management, vulnerability management, firewall and segmentation configuration, Zero Trust implementation, ISO 27001 audits, risk assessments, vendor security, awareness initiatives, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with technical and business teams, supports security tool deployment, and provides emergency assistance outside regular business hours.
