Manage commercial construction preconstruction projects from RFP through construction start. Responsibilities include constructability reviews, value engineering, budget tracking, GMP development, owner negotiations, consultant procurement, scheduling, long-lead procurement, site logistics, client and consultant coordination, site visits, and formal handoff to construction teams. The role requires strong technical judgment, communication skills, commercial construction experience, and proficiency with Procore and AI tools.

Run day-to-day site operations for commercial fit-outs: coordinate trades and materials, enforce safety and compliance, document progress and inspections in Procore, mentor crews, resolve deficiencies (including minor repairs), liaise with PM and property managers, and maintain accurate site records to keep projects on schedule.
