Develop and close enterprise sales with investor-owned, municipal, and cooperative electric utilities across North America. Build executive relationships, generate leads, manage HubSpot pipeline, negotiate contracts, present at industry events, write proposals, scope deployments, and transition signed contracts to implementation. Coach SDRs, support sales process improvements, and exceed targets while addressing utility needs involving grid modernization, infrastructure inspection, asset management, and grid operations.

The Director of Engineering will lead and scale Buzz Solutions' engineering organization, focusing on AI, infrastructure, and platform systems while ensuring best practices and high-quality solutions.

The Senior Account Executive will develop relationships with utility clients, lead sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and maintain sales activities in Hubspot to achieve sales targets.
