Coordinates the planning and execution of signature events, conferences, sponsorships, and activations. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, venue and catering logistics, registration management, budgets, event content, brand materials, on-site execution, inventory and swag management, inbox support, and post-event evaluation. The role collaborates with internal teams, external vendors, and marketing and communications partners to promote Calgary and the organization.
