Coordinates and delivers Employment Hub services for adults involved with the criminal justice system. Responsibilities include scheduling workshops and certifications, facilitating soft-skills sessions, providing individual support, networking with community partners, promoting the program, maintaining case documentation and data, completing funding reports, and supporting compliance and team operations.

Administers the organization’s full semi-monthly payroll cycle, including deductions, remittances, reconciliations, year-end reporting, records of employment, benefits, leave administration, and group savings plans. Maintains accurate employee and payroll records, validates timesheets and leave balances, prepares reports, responds to payroll inquiries, and ensures compliance with Alberta employment standards, CRA requirements, and organizational policies.

Leads employer engagement for an outreach-based employment program serving high-risk individuals. Builds employer relationships, identifies suitable opportunities, educates employers, and supports participant onboarding, accommodations, workplace issue resolution, and re-employment. Supervises two Employment Navigators and two Employment Coaches while collaborating with program teams and maintaining employer networks. Requires strong communication, negotiation, documentation, labour-market knowledge, and experience supporting marginalized populations.
