Lead and evolve Calix's Salesforce instance: define architecture, roadmap, governance, and backlog; translate business needs into scalable solutions; partner with BAs and engineering to deliver support, success, case management, reporting, and platform improvements while minimizing customization and technical debt.

Lead and deliver an enterprise AI platform and agent factory: design architecture, build cost-effective model infrastructure, harden security/SSO/IAM, enable developer adoption, and build agent workflows across the PDLC (ideation, development, deployment). Mentor engineers, steer delivery partners, and remain hands-on implementing agents, RAG pipelines, integrations, and observability to drive measurable productivity gains.

Partner with Sales and Marketing to build financial value propositions and deal strategies for CSPs. Advise on pricing, licenses, and commercial models, enable sales teams, manage deal approvals and escalations, identify process improvements, and present deal economics to executives. Maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships to drive closures and future business.
