Design and deliver LLM-powered AI features and agentic workflows for a federal web workflow application: build RAG pipelines, integrate AI/LLM APIs, implement prompt-engineering and orchestration frameworks, ensure observability and responsible AI guardrails, maintain full‑stack systems, and participate in CI/CD and security compliance.

Lead compensation strategy and operations including merit, bonus, market pricing, job evaluation, and salary structures. Manage compensation analytics, Workday and survey tools, governance, and scalable frameworks. Provide consultative support to HR, Finance, and business leaders, support government contracting pricing and proposals, and lead a compensation team to improve processes and reporting.

Coordinate and track FAA directives and publication projects from initiation to completion. Manage SharePoint trackers, monitor directives mailbox, organize and format publication packages, route electronic Final Clearance Packages, update tracking sites, process public comment requests, ensure Section 508 compliance, and support stakeholder review and status follow-ups.
