Plan and execute manual and automated testing for Health IT and interoperability solutions. Develop test strategies, integrate automated tests into CI/CD, validate data exchange (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, IHE), test cloud/Azure-hosted apps, and ensure accessibility, security, privacy, and federal compliance while collaborating with developers and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Provide HIPAA-focused technical analyses for OCR: review breaches and complaints, evaluate technical sufficiency of submissions, conduct risk/vulnerability assessments and digital forensics, develop technical reports and recommendations, advise on HIPAA/NIST/ISO security controls, and support incident response, security architecture, and policy development.

Administer, deploy, and maintain MECM environments (on-prem, cloud, hybrid). Manage software packaging/deployment, OS deployment, patching, endpoint compliance, and integrations with Intune. Provide Tier II/III support, automate tasks with PowerShell, monitor MECM health, and support federal cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
