Manages complex federal government bids and proposals from early opportunity development through submission and source selection. Analyzes RFP requirements, develops schedules and outlines, coordinates subject matter experts and partners, manages writing and reviews, ensures compliance and quality, and facilitates proposal meetings. Supports competitive positioning, win themes, process improvements, and reusable business development content while managing multiple concurrent responses under tight deadlines.

Provides administrative and front-office support for the FAA, including phone coverage, calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence and memorandum tracking, meeting minutes, executive briefings, travel arrangements, SharePoint updates, workflow tracking, timesheet coordination, and backup administrative support. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to obtain and maintain customer clearance.

Supervises implementation activities, teams, schedules, resources, risks, deliverables, testing, training, and change management. Leads AI adoption efforts in healthcare, evaluates outcomes, develops workflows and playbooks, coordinates stakeholders and vendors, resolves issues, tracks progress, ensures compliance, and recommends process improvements. Provides staff coaching and supports operational readiness and successful project handoffs.
