Oversee technical execution of utility-scale battery energy storage projects from design through construction and commissioning. Coordinate engineering teams, consultants, suppliers, EPC contractors, procurement activities, technical reviews, testing, and documentation. Review multidisciplinary designs, specifications, and factory acceptance testing; resolve technical issues; and verify construction quality through site visits. Serve as the primary technical contact while supporting commissioning and project delivery across North America.

Coordinate engineering execution for utility-scale battery energy storage projects from design development through construction and commissioning. Responsibilities include managing technical scopes, schedules, stakeholders, specifications, supplier and consultant reviews, procurement support, design documentation, site inspections, factory acceptance testing, and construction or commissioning issue resolution. The role requires electrical engineering knowledge, familiarity with electrical studies and grid-interconnection standards, and up to 25% travel across Canada and the United States.

Lead RFP and competitive bid processes for BESS projects globally; negotiate customer, supplier, and EPC contracts; perform bid analysis, cost modelling and strategic procurement; collaborate with supply chain and stakeholders; maintain contract documentation and support project teams during execution; identify process improvements and provide commercial insights.
