Support and maintain B2B eCommerce and Digital Voucher programs: configure customer programs in D365 and Sana Commerce, manage pricing, assortments, product content, and customer data. Provide onboarding, training, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication while ensuring data integrity, documentation, and process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Monitor and resolve day-to-day EDI exceptions (POs, ASNs, invoices), troubleshoot mapping/validation and ID issues, coordinate vendor/carrier onboarding and testing via SPS Commerce, partner with Supply Chain/Finance/IT, maintain EDI documentation and reports, and support continuous improvement and EDI-related projects.

Provide timely, professional sales support and customer service: manage leads and orders, coordinate with fulfillment, process gift card and program document requests, use systems and AI-enabled tools to improve responses and workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
