Leads quality engineering activities across complex features, applications, and end-to-end business flows. Develops test strategies, coordinates execution, manages defects, performs functional and integration testing, supports release readiness, and ensures comprehensive risk-based coverage. Serves as the primary QA contact for an Agile team, contributes to requirements refinement and sprint ceremonies, guides junior quality engineers, maintains testing documentation, and collaborates with automation engineers to improve coverage.

Serve as the Workday functional lead for Security and Integrations, managing configurations, integrations (Studio, API, EIB, Connectors), audits, and releases. Partner with vendors and internal teams to gather requirements, recommend process improvements, troubleshoot integrations, build/test EIB uploads, and support audits to ensure accurate data flow and secure access across Workday modules.

Supports the assessment, redesign, automation, and continuous improvement of business processes. Builds and maintains Power Automate workflows, SharePoint solutions, Power BI dashboards, structured repositories, and reporting tools. Partners with stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational needs into practical Microsoft 365 solutions, troubleshoot issues, document processes, support implementation, and drive adoption. Monitors performance metrics and identifies opportunities for automation, AI integration, efficiency gains, and sustainable process improvement.
