Lead and build Canto's in-house legal function focused on commercial contracting for SaaS. Own negotiation and scaling of customer and vendor agreements, implement CLM and AI-enabled workflows, manage privacy and vendor risk (GDPR/CCPA), advise cross-functionally, and manage outside counsel and pre-litigation matters.
